Do you need help with your order or a specific product?
We ship by default through USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground is available on request at checkout. Domestic shipments (inside the United States) usually take 4 to 7 business days. International shipments usually take 17 to 21 business days. But going to certain areas (like India, Singapore, Germany, France, Norway, Chile), we have seen shipments take as many as 28 business days. You can contact us by email or open a customer service ticket if you would like more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase for DVDs and eBooks and 30 days for training aids to return the product and request a refund. We can issue a refund through PayPal or we can send you a refund check.
